Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data is processed when you visit enbru.com or contact us. In short: the website does not use cookies or tracking, and we only use your data to answer you.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is ENBRU, obrt za promidžbu i trgovinu, Savska cesta 41, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 05661953518. You can reach us by email using the link at the bottom of every page.
Cookies and tracking
enbru.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. It does not load content from third-party services. That is why there is no cookie banner. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated first and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write in the message. We use this only to reply, to prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to carry out the work.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- We keep correspondence as long as needed for the enquiry or the work, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for invoices
- We never sell, rent or publish your data, and we do not send newsletters
Server logs
Like every website, enbru.com runs on a web server. The hosting provider automatically records technical data about each request — IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type — to keep the server secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider and are not used to identify visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (azop.hr), or with the authority in your own country.
Changes
We update this policy when the way we process data changes. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
